Refund policy

PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure you are happy with the quality.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted provided the item is unused and has original tags/packaging. Full refunds can be issued up to 10 days from date of purchase. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit up to 15 days from date or purchase. A copy of receipt must be provided.
Returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging. Regular priced items will be refunded (less shipping charges) to your original method of payment. Reduced/clearance items, are eligible to receive store credit only.
Apparel must have tags attached. Original boxes and packaging must be un-damaged, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap your return items for shipping). 

We strongly suggest to mail the item back to us by Ground Mail with tracking option and value insurance.We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it ion the event of a claim with the carrier.

Please call before to discuss your return options. Shipping charges are non refundable.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept "freight collect" returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, daytime telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a copy of the sales invoice or the receipt number of the sales invoice.

ATTENTION: All Socks are final sale with the exception of wrong items shipped. Please make sure your sock sizing is correct upon ordering. We do not allow socks to be returned otherwise. If product (socks) are damaged or wrong item, please send us a photo to the email address below, so we can process right away. We do not accept exchanges for socks unless they are damaged upon arrival or the wrong item shipped.

Custom orders 
ALL custom orders items are non-refundable.

*Please note the following items cannot be returned: custom tails,  personalized or special order items, clearance items.
